What we accept
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- With all tags still attached
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
Not eligible: items damaged through customer use, items returned after the 30-day window, and items returned without first contacting support.
Change-of-mind & sizing returns
Free return shipping. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee. We provide a free prepaid return label so returning an item costs you nothing.
If a tee doesn't fit the way you hoped, or you simply changed your mind, email us and we'll send a free prepaid label. For defective or wrong items, you are also fully covered — see the section below.
How to return an item

Write to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive your free label
We send a free prepaid return label within 1 business day. Download and print it.
Pack the item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Drop it off
Leave the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
Refund or exchange
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 2 business days.
Exchange process
Request the exchange
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item or size you'd like instead.
Get your free label
Receive a free prepaid return label — download and print it.
Ship it back
Send the item to our returns address (listed below) using the prepaid label.
We inspect it
Our team inspects the returned item once it arrives.
Replacement produced
Your replacement is produced upon order and shipped within 2 business days. If it cannot be remade, we issue a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — your PayPal balance or the original credit/debit card. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed on our end.
Shipping fees: the original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable, except when the item is defective or the wrong item was sent — in those cases we refund the full amount including shipping.
If something isn't right
We've got you covered. If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund — including the original shipping fee — or send a corrected replacement at no cost.
Order Cancellation
Because every item is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
- Before production starts: we cancel the order and issue a full refund, including the shipping fee.
- After production has started: the order has already been produced upon order and can no longer be cancelled, but it remains eligible for our 30-day return and exchange policy above.
We process cancellation requests Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT and reply within 24 business hours.
