Account & Orders
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, including your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or destinations we do not serve.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Items are printed to order and produced upon order. Processing takes 2–5 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total estimated time of 5–10 business days. We ship to all 50 United States for a $4.95 flat rate. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind and sizing returns include free return shipping.
Product Information & Availability
We work to display products, colors, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and the made-to-order printing process. Because items are produced upon order, availability of specific designs may change at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on pippagifts.com — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images — is the property of Dravonix LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
